They can't make an account here yet so i'm posting on their behalf. The character name is Sylphie , slot 2 and gc is 42098309. In the log below after my last post , Sylphie dropped the weapon and I went to the bank to clear space. That's when I got hit with a dc and they had already left the room by time I got back. Protoss Posted July 27, 2013 Share Posted July 27, 2013 to request for a rollback your inventory has to be bugged for some reason you can't request a rollback for a missiing weapon without having unknown items (the "????" items) in your inventory or at least items that were on your inventory and they vanished for no reason also the screenshot you posted doesnt shows your inventory list at all. and almost forgot that you can only apply for a rollback if you lost four items or more (not just one) Link to comment

For some reason the screencapture function was not working for them. I gave all that I could for their sake. This Yasminkov was a gift from another player and it has a special on it. Grimoire Greys Posted July 27, 2013 Author Share Posted July 27, 2013 It was only me and my brother in the room , by the way. He is also fine with a rollback if you would do so. I am as well. If it wasn't so clear before , he dropped the mech and I didn't get to pick it up before I disconnected at the bank. I was trying to put PDs in . . . then the dc error. He left the room assuming that I had actually picked it up when I did not. That is how it was lost. Link to comment
Acaru Posted July 28, 2013 Share Posted July 28, 2013 I can vouch for Grimoire and Sylphie that she had a Yasminkov 9000m, I do recall giving it to her. I understand about needing proof of the inventory, but why don't the GMs just do something good, just for the sake of doing it? The least that could be done is to replace the weapon if a rollback is impossible.Have some compassion! Link to comment
