Lost level 200 striker unit mag

I was trying to trade my mag with an item on a friend's character (for only 1 meseta) to help her level up. My mag was a level 200 striker unit. The game froze after initiating the trade tonight at 8:43pm MDT. I got disconnected, and she never received the mag. After reconnecting, my mag is gone. Unfortunately, I only have a picture of when the mag was level 98, but even that would be better than nothing at this point. We took this screenshot the last time I let her borrow my mag to level her up, which was last week. From now on, I will be more thorough about doing screenshots before trading/transferring items.

The character is named KajeX and is in the first slot of guild card #42011333. Everything was fine earlier this afternoon.

I'm not sure if it helps, but the actual char is in the pic. It's me and a teammember Irene in the photo. "KajeX" is the ranger standing with her.

Just to clarify, Irene (as depicted in the photo) was the character we were transferring the item to when the item disappeared. Her character is in the 4th slot of guild card #42011334.

What Larva means is, do you have a picture of your character during the DC? Sometimes you can clearly see the bug (like a ???? item). The more proof you can provide us, the more likely you will get your item back.

All I can tell you is something weird has been happening with that mag for a while. The last time we tried to transfer it between our characters, I received it from her as "Cure Shock". I dropped it and my game disconnected, and miraculously she saw it as "Striker Unit" again. When we transferred it again, it was fine. That is when and why this screenshot was taken (10/31).

We never have had a "????" item show up, but after the transfer, Irene does have a Cure/Shock in her inventory.

So I noticed a new problem. I'm not sure if it's related to my other glitches. I have multipliers next to items in my common bank, as if I have over 1000 bravaces in my inventory and 16 special weapons. :-P My poor glitchy character.

ok a GM will return the Mag. as long the common bank , i will need to wipe the whole common bank , do you have an inconvenience with that?

Do you mean I should move stuff out of the common bank for you to delete it entirely, or were you wanting to roll back the common bank? I have no problem with emptying the bank out if you do need to completely reset it. And I don't care about the two glitched items in the common bank. The only thing I'm worried about is the mag.

Don't wipe the common bank just yet, as I will need to empty it out first. All my best items are in there. Thanks a bunch for the help with this!

Thank you for the help with the mag! It's such a relief to have it back. It doesn't appear that my common bank has been wiped yet, however. Is someone still going to do this?
