The number of spawns is semi random per room. You can have lucky and unlucky runs. Also, many people (even those who aren't elite C-mode players) completed it within a few tries. Don't give up too fast.

well what if it would need a second photon booster to 'evolve' into its last form, SNOW EMPRESS or something alike. That one then has a combo unlock.

Not all weapons need to be powerhouses. A combo unlocked Snow Queen wouldn't be too bad considering it costs 50PDs to make it (or find a photon booster). And how it is now, it's less good than a FS imo.

1/1 and 87% chance of dropping? That can't be right lol But we're working on polishing the droptable to be more accurate. You still need to keep the DAR of monsters in consideration though.
