Here's my idea Kitty. Make a thread. The rules work like this. People reply with comments if they want to enter the giveaway right?

So you use a random number generator and roll a number from 1 to whichever the last response's # count is.

Giveaway the items on the list in order from top to bottom to the person who made the comment of the rolled number. And if there are any repeats just roll again.
