I liked the dark alliance baldurs gate games on the PlayStation 2 the more action based hack and slash was more easy going and even my wife played both games to completion in coop although we weren't married yet (this did help with the decision though : ) ) FF 7 was such a big game and will always be remembered well due to leap in game size it made , I mean from mega drive / snes games to the monster that FF7 was a real great feeling at the time and I was sad after the hundred or so hours I put into when I realised it was over

Hmmm it's a lot easier the way cyane told me to do it , are you cross skinning models or textures? I currently use the epx texture soly made and the new model epX. Are you using afs manager? With new system you apply skins to weapons as normal but make sure you rename to the texture epx file then after that just pick that one to apply afs skin patches to and just remember to select custom textures in the launcher menu , I'm currently running an arrest needle with the yas 7k texture and model , Excalibur with the yunchang texture and model(looks awesome) mech gun series with yas2k texture and model and my favourite rainbow baton using the lavis skin for sof and model. All this and the game remains stable and no crashes : )

Ah that makes sense about new models and patching and also you right again about keeping the original as a backup and using a modelepx folder instead so please if you could that would be great : ) I was just using my master backup to overwrite all mods when I put to many In but having a clean model folder in there would make it easier , really happy with how this thread has gone getting all the right answers to my questions and when your free to ( no rush : ) ) find the new items model and texture numbers I'm looking forward to having a yaskimov 7000 / arrest needle : )

Well so far soly I'm running dark flow model on Excalibur , master raven model on mechgun series and TJS model on the slicer series (I have type sw/slicer so it works like real thing almost lol) and I havnt encountered any problems with patching on server side but if it makes it more stable and reliable then go for it. I use skins on all those weapons with the itemtextureepx and everything's working well at the minute but I have another question what model and texture number are the ultima custom items ? And can I mod these like I have with the other stuff and also can I copy armour effects other armours for example stealth suit effect on samurai armour?

Hi all : ) I use a lot of skins in this game and I've dabbled a little bit in making them but I've got stuck in how to change weapon models. I'm using a kamui s skin for for normal mech guns series turned into two master Ravens in gold colour and this has also modified my type gu/mechgun to a gold master Raven also I'm using a black and white flamberge to replace my Excalibur model by same creator but I would like to make some more model changes my self but I can't figure out how to do it. I've tried extracting the model and renaming it to model I want to replace but either it couldn't work( dark flow model over the Excalibur model ) due to size of model or I'm just plain doing it wrong . Can anyone point me in right direction thanks : )

well its not to hard to beat the game , its just a question of levels and gear. if you're just starting out ep 4 is a tough slog due to the enemies being tougher and have new attack patterns compared to ep 1 and 2 (flying enemies,enemies immune to ranged attacks and teleporting enemies) if you build up your gear and levels in ep 1 you should have no problem beating ep 4 but as a new starter it would take ALOT of painful attempts. i left it until i had some basic rares from ep 1 and was lv 50 plus before attempting to solo ep 4 normal for dragon scales and even then it was tough with a non maxed mag and average gear : (

Last swan is actually usefull and can be used by huney and hucassy effectively , master raven in its current locked form is really only usefull as a combiner for PR so I think trus value was correct

i think the point is you want to trade an item worth 20 to 30 pds for an item worth at most 15 pds which in general seems a little strange at 1st : /
