Idk who told you that but the drops that are active right now are Migium Angry Fist and Hidoom Yas2K ...unless they are swapped in the the entire game.

I made a tiny mistake and when you do exp command in a room before doing it in lobby first it will say rate: 0, but is not really 0, is the current rate you can have this is evident in the message when you enter a room saying the real rate. If you do the command in the lobby it will solve the wrong "reminder", either way you cant change the exp rate in a room.

They are only on this event afaik...

In that character, go to the dressing room. most likely you used the /npc command no? if you did select the default hair/head to be able to use that npc

Download the ship server, open it and inside find quests folder. Hope it has what you look for.

There is the original server software with all the quests on it.

As it has been said, is easy to do. But we don't do it as of now. On the good side, we have 3x/2x exp rates and sometimes like now I think, 5x so don't take too long to start leveling
