still lvl 1

I've tried to make it happen but I'm not sure why I cant reproduce it. I've made characters and leveled them up a bit logged out then went into the dressing room and it works fine. But somehow when I used the dressing room this afternoon it reset my character. All I did was change the hair color and the armor color using the dressing room function and bam character wiped

Is there any chance I can play on my lvl 100 RAmar tonight?

The effected RAmar lvl 100 was in slot 1 guild card should be the same as last time right? that would make it 42154360

It seems like when you try to change the costume of your character it will make your character level 1. This has now happened to me twice. Once on my HUmar Hattori and this time on my RAmar LumInuS. This happened at 4:47 PM EST.

thank you so much The only thing I did was change appearance I deffinitely did not recreate.

I forgot to add that when I logged in today my HUmar said it was level 39 but when I selected it and went into the lobby I realized I couldn't select hard mode. It must have reset everything. I had just finished using my saved up power materials too, its a damn shame Edit: That was 7/27/2015 at 9:35 PM EST

My guild card number is 42154360 the character is in slot 4.

Last night I logged out of my HUmar named Hattori level 39 when I logged in today the character was level 1 and had nothing but starter equips.
