They’re currently broken. They’re to be fixed at some point, but the timeline is uncertain.

Are you trying to recover your character account or your forum account here? For character accounts, you can use these to try to recover them: https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/account-management/account-recovery/ https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/account-management/password-change/ You can even view your character's account outside of the game here with this: https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/tool-box/character-viewer/ That might help you get it back and let you verify it is the correct account. To get your character account's email changed however, you'll need to PM Soly I'm sure. Now, for your forum account you can do this: In order to try to log into the site here normally without Facebook, delete your cookies via your browser for this site. If you can't remember your original password and/or email address for your forum account however, you might be in a real pickle. Bottom line, your character's account is a whole different account and not connected to the forums here. Hope this helps man, good luck!
