Welcome, learn to read a joke lol. If we want to be serious at this point... This server is not in need of another GM unless they're an experienced developer at the moment. Whoever it is would be the equivalent of a Happy Hour / redeem bot. There's nothing wrong with that, but where we are now, that doesn't make much of a difference on the quality of the server. Ultima needs a developer who can and will come in with knowledge / experience already and immediately be able to make contributions to the server / client code base and related tooling. This, in my opinion, looks like getting one of Ender, Esc, Fuzzy, Soly, Jake, or another sleeper dev that I am forgetting to agree to a cash deal to complete x, y, and z tasks. Anything else is just whatever. Things this server needs (in no particular order): DMC patch Early walk patch Gibbles patch Shop patch Ultima Bringers patch a new outlook on events (this probably requires the development of a new system, but maybe not) automated redeem system (automation programming has literally never been easier) hit for pd quest quest designer There's so many things I am leaving out because they feel semi-small, but they add up to something meaningful overtime. Go look at the Ephinea patch notes over the last year and see how many client and server issues they've identified and repaired. Another GM to redeem and turn on Happy Hour does nothing for the state of Ultima.

It’s not about whose ideas they are because it’s not like they’re novel. Oh Ultima bringers is broken? It should be fixed. It’s about the fact you would’ve never had the permission to do all this busy work had I not gotten larva to acknowledge and agree to let any of these changes happen. You can pretend that I sent him only one message and that it wasn’t a longer semi-argumentative conversation. None of that list happens without me slightly butting heads with Larva. I’m glad you filled out the spread sheets though. I’m sure no one else could do that . Now if you want to argue that any of you could have gotten his attention + approval then lol idk

FOmarl needs to be in its own F tier. It’s unanimously undoubtedly just the worst class in this game. Also maybe it feels weird to put FOmar in S, but maybe on Ultima it really is that much better than FOnewmn? What could be more interesting though… by episode / by area with respect to solo / multi. This really falls apart when you start to ask what’s the best solo in crater? Spaceship? Jungle? Ruins?
