Like other regular drops, they can be replaced by other event content.

WARNING : these regular drop rates are all more than 3 times harder than their respective event rate, so it is NOT recommended to farm any of them out of event!!!

Their drop location is the same as their respective event, which means they will still drop during said event, with a (much) better drop rate.

Also note that this is not set in stone and may be readjusted if need be.

We've decided to rename, edit and insert them into permanent drop tables so that they are now obtainable and usable.

 STARTING MESETA 

New characters now start with 15,000 meseta in their inventory (instead of 300).

New accounts now start with 50,000 meseta in the shared bank (instead of 0).

 BANK CAPACITY 

The limit of Meseta you can store in every bank was increased from 999,999 to 9,999,999.

Inventory limit remains unchanged.

 MESETA DROPS 

All meseta drops values have been increased.

This applies to every episode (I, II and IV).

Their frequency is the same (which means meseta won't drop more often).

 QUEST: THE VALUE OF MONEY 2 

A new quest where everyone can farm meseta is available.

It is located in Episode 1 > One Person > Special Meseta > The Value of Money 2

After you helped a couple by telling Gizel to stop wasting their money for weapons in The Value of Money, the latter would like to thank you for the savings you had them achieve.

Quest reward is the same for all difficulties: 150,000 meseta.

So here is the exhaustive list of every item banner

• Reading quest register values: being able to access information that is normally not accessible from the game easily gives an abusable exploit to the game, such as the ability to predict what randomized reward will drop in some quests.
• Rare monster reading: being able to predict which enemies are going to be a rare one from the start gives an unfair advantage to farmers.
• Player inventory scanning: privacy violation.

The use of these addons will result in action against your account, up to a permanent ban.

These rules can be found in the guidelines.

Today, the chances of rolling hit% have been adjusted to be equal for all section IDs.

The following changes only apply to Episode II weapon drops on Ultimate, and is about odds that said weapon rolls hit attribute.

It does not affect the actual values you will get.

1 player: 100% => 100%
2 players: 80% => 93%
3 players: 70% => 90%
4 players: 60% => 88%

However, Guidelines have been updated to prevent abuses:

You are no longer allowed to use multiple characters with Individual Dropstyle enabled in order to get multiple additional drops for yourself.

From now on, if you want to use multiple characters in the same active room, Shared Dropstyle must be enabled. 
Multiple characters in individual rooms are not allowed.
Type /dropstyle 0 in the lobby before making your room for that purpose.

You are allowed to use multiple characters on Pioneer II (bank, feeding, trades and transfers purposes) on any dropstyle.

You are still allowed to use multiple characters for quest rewards farming (Christmas Catastrophe, Raid on Central Tower, Power Plant Plight, Harmony of Despair I etc) or multiple leveling (Central Control Area etc) but Shared Dropstyle must be enabled when doing so.

Exceptions:
Using a second character in the following quests for support tasks on Individual Dropstyle is still acceptable (as you will get kicked if you can’t control them), as long as other room players agree with it:
- Beyond the Horizon
- Simulator 2.0
- World of Illusion
And quests that require an individual ticket to play:
- Harmony of Despair II (Ultimate)

EDIT: due to a guidelines update, these exceptions no longer apply.

Only quests that do not involve enemy or box drops are still allowed on individual dropstyle multilogging (Gallon's Shop, The Beak's Cafe, etc).

Violating those rules and abusing the Individual Dropstyle can lead you to Game Master warnings, disconnections or bans (if intentionally repeated offense).

Of course, we are all open-minded: if you are seen using several characters in an individual dropstyle free roam Forest for example, everyone can guess you are obviously not trying to exploit the system and there will be no problem. So no need to worry about that. Just don't think about abusing PSO2 dropstyle anymore.

You can still play with friends / family at home, but only if they actually play (Don't bring their char into your rooms if they are not actually here).

The new rates, as well as rules, are open to future adjustments.

In order to celebrate the 12th Anniversary of the Realms of Ultima, a powerful Wizard called Soly Potter used his powers on the poor forgotten Fausts weapons that no one loved to make them Great Again.

Like every year, the blessing of Sonic Team has spread over the meteor impact to reach Shambertin.

Will you be the brave hero who slains the giant villain and finds the Legendary Armor?

Ultima's Anniversary event has started!

Frozen Faust and Arrest Faust updates

Both weapons can now hit multiple targets (8 max) just like Iron Faust does.

In addition: the weapons are more effective at projectile impact point: they hit the main target twice,

which means more damage and more chances to Freeze or Paralyze your main target!

Combine  Frozen Booster  with Panzer Faust +9 to make Frozen Faust

Combine  Arrest Booster  with Panzer Faust +9 to make Arrest Faust

Note that Hucast cannot equip those weapons. There is a hidden 202 ATA requirement.

Deep below the depths of Ragol,
Seething in the darkness,
Piercing cries of anguish can be heard.
An ancient curse is reawoken;
Thought to be eradicated by the Hunters,
The plague was actually merely contained,
And now threatens to contaminate the surface once more.

Our spooky little halo rappies friends are also back with some nice goodies for us: Jack o' Lanterns! These mysterious Lanterns, which normally only contain various mag cells to use, now have special Costume Kits for hunters to go trick or treating with! These costumes provide neat new customizations for players to toy with, though they are generally less durable than more standard hunter garb(i.e. don't use 'maxed' gear with this). See how many outfits you can discover! Halo Rappies can only be found on episode 2 in the temple in any difficulty.

OK , due that the server expense are way to much for my pocket
and no one is making donations i will set up a system of Item Donations.
all Donations are strictly for the payments and expenses of the Server.

This is how it works. users who donate will receive Donation Tickets , 1 dollar = 1 donation ticket
you can exchange your items ticket for items. Item tickets can be accumulated with no expiration time.

You will receive an automated PM, in order to exchange your tickets you must add a GM to the PM

All donations are strictly to use on server. this way we can cotinue having a good server.
