Okay I registered my acccount, I can log in to the forum, open the game and update. But my username and password doesn't work when trying to play the game. How can I fix this please?

did you use caps because the game wont recognize the user id/password...you would have to make another account if you did

Veriemas: If you were addressing my question, thank you for the reply. I am certain I didn't use caps. Maybe I can try making a new account tomorrow anyway, and hope it works.

Hi,

Very excited to play this game. I registered and dl the game and have it installed. When i try to sign in it says i need to complete registration through email. I have not received an email from you guys. I did check my spam folder. When I registered for the forum I got the email for that. I registered for the game under the name fuzzysilk. If you need my guildcard id I have that. Just let me know. Looking forward to playing and thank you for keeping this game alive.

Las cuentas de juegos y foros son diferentes. ¿Es este el problema?
