Lord_Dracon Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Hi, When i try to open options menu, I receive the error: "Failed to start Option. Error code: 5". The game and the launcher runs, but not "options" menu. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? - OS: Windows 7 SP1 32-bit (fresh install) - Administrator windows account. - No antivirus installed. Windows Defender and Firewall disabled. UAC disabled. - All drivers and DirectX updated. - Game was installed from installer downloaded from site: UltimaPsOBB_2.7.exe - Installed to directory: D:\Phantasy Star Online Blue Burst Thanks. chuk Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Have you made any changes in the PSOBB folder? The installer might have gotten corrupted in the installation. And you know that you have to launch the online.exe, that will open the option menu. Quote Link to comment

Lord_Dracon Posted March 12, 2012 Author Share Posted March 12, 2012 Well, I tried in another computer (with an Antivirus) and it worked. Maybe the problem was the VGA. In the first computer the VGA is onboard. In the computer that worked the VGA is a HD 5970. Quote Link to comment
