Well, I tried in another computer (with an Antivirus) and it worked. Maybe the problem was the VGA. In the first computer the VGA is onboard. In the computer that worked the VGA is a HD 5970.

Hi, When i try to open options menu, I receive the error: "Failed to start Option. Error code: 5". The game and the launcher runs, but not "options" menu. Hi. I was playing 13/14 hours ago with my char (RAmar lvl 83) inside a quest (Rappy's Holiday) when the problem occurred. After I talk with the "quest girl" to exit it, the game crashes, and I cannot come back to the game. When I tried again, the game displayed a message that the server was offline. Now, I did login and I noticed that my char backward 2 levels! (back to lvl 81) and a lost some items. One of that, a good and rare shield item for my char (SECRET GEAR). Before the crash, I played about 4 hours and upped my char from lvl 80 to 83. During this gameplay, I had collected this rare item. Is there anything that can be done? Thanks.
