Delete account and remake one

Hey I want to delete this account and make a new one using the same email. How do I do that ?
Also my game crashes right before the title screen and I don't know why.

If it gives you a black screen and crashes you need to change your resolution D:

in profile settings (forums) you can change your email and then create a new account using the old one. (I'm assuming this because I've done it with league of legends many times :3)

Just delete the folder, and use the installer version 4.

To add onto what Soly was suggesting you could just go into your root drive and remove the PSO directory. Afterwards you could reinstall with the latest greatest version from the forums. Also Cy is correct, I had a similar issue and when I readjusted the resolution on my PC , it fixed my problem.
