There Is also the option of waiting for Christmas event, where you can collect New Year Cards to add/change a mag's PBs. The only one possible route (I know) to make a 200 Pow mag Is through making your level 0 mag upgrade to Eleanor or the first kit of the Sega Consoles (Idr which one Is the first. Genesis? Sega Saturn?). And In case you want another mag transformation, you can also redeem new year cards (and the Item needed to transform the mag, ONLY If It requires one) to do so.

Tricky question .... 1x10% = 0.1 Photon Drop Then considering people buy 5 Power Materia for a Photon Drop, then we can consider that 1 Power Materia = 1/5 =0.2 = 20% of a photon drop, so 20%/2 = 10%, so 1/2 = 0.5, which means a half power materia (that Is 0.5 of a power materia) Is worth 10% of a photon drop
