No, Negative Percents just decrease the ATP on the weapon. For example, if an Excalibur has -100% Native, it would have 450~475 ATP against Native enemies, rather than 900~950.

It's impossible to have 100% critical rate, even with 400LCK, because you still have the same rate as when you have 100LCK. The game is probably told to ignore values over 100LCK, or it wasn't programmed to have values over 100LCK.

100LCK is approximately 20%~25% critical hit chance, although the game determines your critical hits when you make the game. But I won't bore you with specifics... Just know you need a significant amount of luck for a good critical hit chance.

There really should be no penalty for NPC partners dying, since some are just fucking stupid and there's nothing you can do to save them.

A person of innocence does not preach of their innocence if compromises can be made (only under dire circumstances; usually life-threatening or something like that); only stay silent and allow things to straighten out. Basically, 'at least 50 hit' would mean no hit or hit. I'm not kidding when I say things; and besides, you can still miss with 50H and Red Ring on HUcaseal, especially if you're attacking something like a Delbiter or Ill Gill or whatever with the Special (The special fires 5 waves forward, but if you are point blank to an enemy, it will get hit by ALL five waves which have hard attack power). Also, 'at least 35% hit' = Why? Restless Lion (or even the shops: but I don't recommend using the shops) gives 50% Hit easily.

Sealed J-Sword is probably the rarest item in the game, but it isn't the best sword at all (not even when unsealed into Tsumikiri J-Sword, though the special is useful on HUs who build PB too quick due to RAs using specials alot). Best Sword is Dark Flow, with 50 or more hit and Native/Dark or AB/Machine (Machine/Dark is okay for some quests). Dark Flows without 50Hit aren't that good at all if you're attempting to use it well (special). Heaven Punisher is a really rare handgun (generally, without events or increased rare enemies), but it's usefulness for its rarity isn't worth it. Psycho Wand is the rarest wand, easily, but it's only useful if you're going to solo in Epsiode 4 (maybe E1 on a FOnewm, and may be necessary for a FOnewearl in E2). Otherwise you're much better using other things. The ID Cards are extremely rare, but extremely useless too... GULD. 1/20880 drop, yuuup. [Drop tables will say 1/4545, but that's before DAR). It's really not that good at all, I only find it good for Gush at Falz on a CAST once you make it into a Guld Milla. I'm really trying to think of things that are really rare, but I don't think there are that many... [Red Ring isn't really rare, before someone says this. 1/36 is an easy rate.] I also wouldn't necessarily call the PGF weapons rare either, neither PGF itself. It's unobtainable, yes, but when it does come available, it's not that hard to farm...

In my opinion, you should still try to put a variety of spawns (but I guess more Canadines to fit with the story or whatever), and try to not make the ones before the Baranz too short (because then hunting Baranz Parts would be pathetically easily). Try not to put too many enemies in a spawn either: I'd say 12 is the maximum or it really hinders support classes (I think Canune spawns are like 8/9 enemies?).

Personally, I think enemies with many, many, many, many, many monsters are a no-no. They make it easy to hunt things, and they're also very aggravating unless you use a team of certain classes (casts+support (ramarl/FO)) and stand in one location using the keyboard to turn. Hello Simulator.

No, player damage/healing does not cause any sort of cancel since it's all client based.

EDIT: Okay, I think only Larva can fix this. My transferred characters (RAcast and FOmarl) appear to have some sort of lock on them, which means they're unable to be invited to teams. I can get people to invite me on my other characters (HUcast and RAmarl),but those two characters appear to be bugged. My GC is 42011626, and I was wondering if you are able to lift these 'locks' on my RAcast and FOmarl.

Better make a Greenill, since they definitely have the best enemy/time ratio.

Weapon is fine as it is. DC is the third strongest saber (second strongest for male HUs), the stronger ones are harder to obtain (well, Vivienne is probably one of the easiest E4 items ever...).

It's not even close to 90% exact, though.
