Update is the fix. I wouldn't move inventory until you get the update. ...or reinstall. Also, my launcher is in c:\ultima psobb -- that could be an issue. Try running as admin but i'd use the default path first.

Extra cooling will add about 30% performance on the top end of a CPU. (this is possible b/c cooling is spec'd for typical loads w/ burst "turbo" aka "throttling" if you prefer) I like the all-in-one closed loop water coolers (ex. Corsair Hydro series) -- the smallest radiator and setting the fan for silent/throttle RPMs is more than enough and fits on a 120mm fan mount.

Hybrid drives do. They use HDD + SDD in one of two configurations that I know of. 1) the SSD is used as a cache for the HDD and appears as a single drive 2) the drives appear as two separate drives. Yeah, the mark wasn't Blue. They're designated HHD, I think.
