Personally, I speculate that wearing red ring can cause rico to appear in boss room though, but I'm not as sure about flowen. It's a cool little easter egg when you get to see them, they just sit/stand in the center of the room until you approach them and then wave/salute and disappear. They also both have their own unique theme songs you cannot hear anywhere else in the game, Rose Confession and Leaving Flow. Rico's theme is a really great song too.
Well the old gamecube methods worked perfectly on the first try here on Ultima. Used a red weapon for Flowen and a dark weapon for Rico.

@Dutch Ride is correct and that is what most of us do. You can also redeem dts for lvl 30 techs at 8 dts for each one.

I know you didn't say they were wrong, I was thinking out loud. It's just that everyone using these plans thinks they have the highest ata possible and it turns out these plans do not give the highest ata. So my question now is, what is the highest ata for a given character? For huney's 209 "max" is the highest ata technically 209.9? Or can you go as high as you want knowing that it will only display 209? Thanks @Lemon

When it goes to display the number it truncates the last value and sees 209. Since 209 matches the 209 of a truncated 2098, it displays as gold despite not being 'max'. It shouldn't really matter in the scheme of things, but having a gold number in your menu is not a guarantee that your stat is maxed (kinda like how RR will make a number gold despite it not being maxed since RR allows going over the base limit)

So every max stat plan is wrong? Every one of these plans tries to hit the desired ata and go over it as little as possible. Are you saying that your chance to hit an enemy is higher with 209.8 than 209.4 for huney? You also said rr takes you over max. So are you saying you can have over 100 luck and it would make crit percentage higher?

If you want to optimize the levels of your mag you will want 53 dex. One level on your mag does not matter, but for efficiency you will max dex with 53. The .4 and .8 in game are exactly the same. The dex stat caps, so you can't get additional bonus for going over.

I believe Mio had some acceptable arrangement for adding a special to the id cards during the event, I just don't remember what it was. As for the value, they have no utility and are a pain to get. I think 10 dts is a good starting point for how much luck/effort it takes to get one. I agree that they should not all be worth the same amount.

Basically it doesn't sound farfetched to me that they are just trying to get it done as quick as they can with no care for the teammate dying
Try carrying some scape dolls and this will never be a problem. You can buy them from the item shop.
