I just checked in quest file scripts, the odds of getting 50 hit on any weapon on ultimate are 2.970297%. There are 12 available specials in Restless Lion so 1/12 to get Charge. One Vulcan and one Arms in the quest. Which means everytime you run this quest, you have a 0.2475% chance of getting a Charge Vulcan 50h and 0.2475% chance of getting a Charge Arms 50h. @miceplaygames14 Do you really have the patience to do ~404 runs of Restless Lion in order to get what you are looking for?
