Sorry for the delay posting the incident details, holidays and work and such =( My last logon date before the bug was 12/21/2013, time was 22:32 according to chat log. I did some runs hunting various items/helping people level, after that I did a mini event and gave away some items to a few people. I ended up chatting a bit and logging off. The next day I was unable to get to the character select screen like before my previous account fix. I don't have screenshots of my inventory since I wasn't on long enough to really get anything good enough worthy of taking a screenshot of. GC #: 42103510 Character: 64m3n4c Slot #: 2

Oh man, I totally thought it was just the login bug again. I think I should just make all my characters fatmars to fight the problem xP. I'll go ahead and edit this post with all the pertinent rollback request information, I think the game might hate me lolol.

The same problem that I had before, the game loads up until right before the character select screen and then freezes at that point. The game doesn't crash, just can't actually get to the character select screen.

I think its something up with certain accounts, because I have an alt account that hasn't bugged at all yet, but my main does it constantly. But shit happens, might as well make the best of it. I'll see you in game at some point in the future man.

Well, after being out of the game for quite a while, I got my main account's white screen problem fixed. I logged on yesterday, did a few HP runs, helped some people level, and did my own mini-event. Went to log in after work earlier today and found that I'm back to my white screen log in problem. I reset my router, reinstalled psobb, and still nothing...again. I would like to be able to play regularly again, especially since I missed a big chunk of the current anniversary event. For the time being I'll play some more Avadon and my alt account. If something is up with my account that I can fix let me know and I'll change things around, since I seem to bug out at least once a month on 64m3n4c xP GC #: 42103510 Slot 2

So. It took forever for me to get my main back, lost a really decent item, and lost out on a good portion of the anniversary event...DON'T CARE! You solved my problem guys! Thats all I really care about. I have my character back, minus my daylight scar, I have my levels back, and my awesome mag! Thank you for all the help. Better late than never, eh? Like I said, I really appreciate all the help, seeing as my account seems to bug more than most lol. I'm going to edit my sig, what titles would you guys like? (account savior, gm extraordinaire, etc.) Gotta give props to you guys somehow =D

Yeah, I just had to blow off a bit of steam after I realized I've been out for close to three weeks now. Started a new character and already have him at 109 though xD. I do love the server and always contribute as much help as possible when I can. Just starting a new character/account everytime I get bugged sucks, can't tell you how much stuff I lost the last couple times this happened, including higher level characters lol. If you guys are on when I am we can noob power level xP, shouldn't be that hard to find me in game *cough*Always gamenac or variation of*cough*

Well, I've entered the 18th day of not being able to play on my main account. I know that I got the rollback that I needed for 64m3n4c (as per Andres usual cryptic rollback messages); 2nd slot, but I'm still not able to log in and play. I'm back to the point where I hit start game, go past the patch screen, and it just stays white. I know that there is a lot going on for the gms, with the events and such going on, as well as the other rollbacks and account fixes. I'm just kind of in an off mood not being able to fully participate in the one and only anniversary event. I had also planned an event through my main account, but I can't begin to even organize it since I'm out of the game so to speak. I've tried all the methods previously in this post: http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/10402-official-rollback-request/ That post has the info from before the rollback and any other help given linked near the end of the first paragraph. I was hoping to do some hunting during the event, and maybe even donate just to have something worthwhile to put up for the soccer/football event. Its not like I'm going to quit playing on this server, I just can't expect to make it very far after the multiple problems my account/character has had alone, not to mention the similar problems others have had =( I figured instead of pm'ing anyone and being a bother, I'd post this topic so you can answer/help at your convenience. Sorry to be such a bother about 64, I just really liked that guy =P

The date I was shooting for has gone =(. I do plan on hosting this event in the future once I can get back to my main account. (Which has been rolled back, but still has the login problem) I also plan to offer better prizes since I've had to make a 2nd account in the meantime =D

Lol, akiyo, got my rollback and am now stuck before the character screen, too. I guess some accounts on the server are just cursed XP
