Sorry for the delay posting the incident details, holidays and work and such =( My last logon date before the bug was 12/21/2013, time was 22:32 according to chat log. I did some runs hunting various items/helping people level, after that I did a mini event and gave away some items to a few people. I ended up chatting a bit and logging off. The next day I was unable to get to the character select screen like before my previous account fix. I don't have screenshots of my inventory since I wasn't on long enough to really get anything good enough worthy of taking a screenshot of. GC #: 42103510 Character: 64m3n4c Slot #: 2

Oh man, I totally thought it was just the login bug again. I think I should just make all my characters fatmars to fight the problem xP. I'll go ahead and edit this post with all the pertinent rollback request information, I think the game might hate me lolol.

The same problem that I had before, the game loads up until right before the character select screen and then freezes at that point. The game doesn't crash, just can't actually get to the character select screen.

I think its something up with certain accounts, because I have an alt account that hasn't bugged at all yet, but my main does it constantly. But shit happens, might as well make the best of it. I'll see you in game at some point in the future man.

Well, after being out of the game for quite a while, I got my main account's white screen problem fixed. I logged on yesterday, did a few HP runs, helped some people level, and did my own mini-event. Went to log in after work earlier today and found that I'm back to my white screen log in problem. I reset my router, reinstalled psobb, and still nothing...again. I would like to be able to play regularly again, especially since I missed a big chunk of the current anniversary event. For the time being I'll play some more Avadon and my alt account. If something is up with my account that I can fix let me know and I'll change things around, since I seem to bug out at least once a month on 64m3n4c xP GC #: 42103510 Slot 2

So. It took forever for me to get my main back, lost a really decent item, and lost out on a good portion of the anniversary event...DON'T CARE! You solved my problem guys! Thats all I really care about. I have my character back, minus my daylight scar, I have my levels back, and my awesome mag! Thank you for all the help. Better late than never, eh? Like I said, I really appreciate all the help, seeing as my account seems to bug more than most lol. I'm going to edit my sig, what titles would you guys like? (account savior, gm extraordinaire, etc.) Gotta give props to you guys somehow =D

Yeah, I just had to blow off a bit of steam after I realized I've been out for close to three weeks now. Started a new character and already have him at 109 though xD. I do love the server and always contribute as much help as possible when I can. Just starting a new character/account everytime I get bugged sucks, can't tell you how much stuff I lost the last couple times this happened, including higher level characters lol. If you guys are on when I am we can noob power level xP, shouldn't be that hard to find me in game *cough*Always gamenac or variation of*cough*

Well, I've entered the 18th day of not being able to play on my main account. I know that I got the rollback that I needed for 64m3n4c (as per Andres usual cryptic rollback messages); 2nd slot, but I'm still not able to log in and play. I'm back to the point where I hit start game, go past the patch screen, and it just stays white. I know that there is a lot going on for the gms, with the events and such going on, as well as the other rollbacks and account fixes. I'm just kind of in an off mood not being able to fully participate in the one and only anniversary event. I had also planned an event through my main account, but I can't begin to even organize it since I'm out of the game so to speak. I've tried all the methods previously in this post: http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/10402-official-rollback-request/ That post has the info from before the rollback and any other help given linked near the end of the first paragraph. I was hoping to do some hunting during the event, and maybe even donate just to have something worthwhile to put up for the soccer/football event. Its not like I'm going to quit playing on this server, I just can't expect to make it very far after the multiple problems my account/character has had alone, not to mention the similar problems others have had =( I figured instead of pm'ing anyone and being a bother, I'd post this topic so you can answer/help at your convenience. Sorry to be such a bother about 64, I just really liked that guy =P

The date I was shooting for has gone =(. I do plan on hosting this event in the future once I can get back to my main account. (Which has been rolled back, but still has the login problem) I also plan to offer better prizes since I've had to make a 2nd account in the meantime =D

Lol, akiyo, got my rollback and am now stuck before the character screen, too. I guess some accounts on the server are just cursed XP

Thanks Andres! Now I'm getting the login screen problem again, freezing right before the character select screen. After that gets fixed I'll be good to go again =D

As prizes go, we've got a couple so far: Fatboy: ultima reaper with %'s Me: 20 pds + pioneer parts mag cell + sange & yasha(no %'s) I also believe I have some extra decent weapons, some with hit, some with good %'s to put up =D

Don't know if my account got the rollback yet, but now I'm getting the login bug...Can login under my alt account, infernotsunami, but not gamenac, same GC and slot as first post. =( Figured an update on the situation was needed for the 'new' problem =P

Well, the character colors I have no idea about, would probably require a lot of hard coding on the gms/devs part, same thing with the armors and barriers. The rares in really hard quests has actually been done to an extent, Black Papers Deal 1&2 as well as Forest and Mine Offensives. There are also several quests that weren't available online(except for the Japanese servers) that give out pretty rare items as prizes. Hacking on this server is just asinine imo, seeing as the play speed and the experience rates are VASTLY improved from the original game and servers. The server regularly has opportunities to obtain items never released to the regular PSO community which include newly made weapons/armors/shields/mags and quests made by members of the server. The best way to accomplish some of the more difficult tasks would be to offer help making the 3d models and skins for them and post them on the forums to see if they'd be usable/acceptable for the community.

Glad to hear people are interested! I figured this would be a good way to take a break for those of us who grind/hunt for weapons all the time =D I'm just wondering how the matches should be determined, I'm thinking 1v1 would be good, but it might take a little while for everyone to play through. I figure first to x amount of points would help speed it up immensely instead of timed matches. I'll keep working out the specifics until a few days before the event, but so far I'm thinking it will play out like this: First player to 3 goals will advance in the winners bracket. Losing players will have the chance to play up to third place. Two losses and you're out of the running. Of course, I'll be reffing/score keeping through the whole event, as well as anyone else who wants to help out/just watch some pso soccer action xP. First prize will be a choice of X # of PD's or one of the item(s) donated for the event. Second prize will get the prize first place didn't take. Third place will get probably a halloween event mag cell or another donated item. Everyone who participates will get something, aka a participation prize xP. Hopefully that will suffice as far as prizes go, the more people who play, the better the prizes will be I hope. Like I said, still working out the details and making a list of who all is participating, anyone who wants to play should post here saying that they are so I can get everything organized more neatly =D Just a fun little event for everyone, nothing huge like a server event xP Edit: Once the event is set, I'll make an *official* post in the events section of the forums.

Best bug name ever XD

Sorry to be a pain in the you know what =P, but I am creating an actual rollback request topic instead of just editing the other topic, that way all the information is in one place. Recently had the same bug as many of the other Ultima players, I had the Fatmar/Vimardifat bug occur after being able to log back in to my account (All characters a fat viridia humar). All of the previous problems/the account fix by Larva is here. My Guildcard # is: 42103510 and the slot is #2. My character 64m3n4c just for reference. I was in the middle of hunting with another player(Ruby) and about to take screenshots of my/our finds when I DC'd and the account bugged, not allowing me to log in for quite some time. I know that I played for a good amount of time on 11/13/2013 and 11/14/2013, but I am not sure if it was more than eight hours each day. I do play everyday, so the latest date I'm sure of playing for a long time is the 13th, but it could have been as early as the 12th. I do have a screenshot up of the bugged account in the link above, but as far as my character's/character bank items, I do not. I'm not worried about any other character, or even my common bank at this point, just my main and his bank. A rollback to whatever point available would be wonderful, seeing as I had bought a Daylight Scar 30 hit in the last two weeks for 8 pd's =P. Sorry to be such a pain to you wonderful GM's, I just can't bear to see 64 go to waste 'cause of a bug =(
