Ok i posted a chat log of the times and conversation i hope it helps clear things up

?????? items in inventory due to dc/bugg. At around 9:47 pacific time on February, 14 i was playing in a game with kajeX. i just made a new Fonewm not to long ago and he was helping me out by giving me some spare techs. i went to feed my mag and then i got kicked. i logged back on and decided to deposit a frame that kajeX gave to me earlier and i got kicked out once again... when i got back on this time i was going to try and deposit it again and i realized that all my items were turned into ?????? items. i had 17 items in my inventory at that time and they were all bugged. i had: 5x god mind one Sato with 150 mind and a mark3 with 5/0/0/34. i also had 2x adepts and one v801, LK+25 0/0/0/0, striker of Chao, Trifluids/Difluids, and 3 techs that i didn't need. the only items i really cared for were the Sato because i was loaned it, the adepts, LK, mark3, and the v801 all the others aren't very valuable to me. i had to get off at around 10:15 so after discussing with kajeX and sin who recently joined on what i should do i took a quite screen shot with print screen then i went to bed. the next day i checked in my bmp file in the PSO folder and didn't see my screen shot so i took another one but in this one it only showed that i had one item with me and it was still ?????? the other items were gone. the character is named Boss Man it is in the character slot 2 and the GC# is 42092653. (image shown here) i would greatly appreciate it if i could get a roll back or at least those six items back. I don't have images from before due to the fact that print screen isn't saving them in my bmp pso folder like it used to. I have some pictures from previous accounts but the new pictures wont save. just let me know if its possible for a roll back/refund of the items i would really appreciate it.
