many reason i could personaly think of . 1. Same reports every year same drop enemy every year. 2.False reporting due to trolls dropping items or players not realizing what enemy it came from. 3.Only a small percentage would report and would be same people / perhaps had enough of repeating them selves for likes. 4. Compiled updates sometimes would take a while so your scrolling thorough x amount of replies for a id. 5. Most just check the lists from years past or year before as they are all ready id saves wasting time and concentrate on getting said item. But thats my thoughts.
