Fire_R3d Posted August 13, 2013 Share Posted August 13, 2013 Yeah, it's about consistency. You could have the worst workout routine and diet in the world, and you'll still see some results. And honestly, getting that consistency is the hardest part. Make a promise to stick to a routine for 6 weeks, and by that time, you'll have formed a good habit. Haha, chuk, i wasn't quite as light as you...but I was able to go up from 145 lbs to my current weight, which is 172 lbs as of last Sunday. Good ol, Process of elimination from sugary fatty foods to replacing them with less fattening ones and bam better emotional feelings less stress and overall weightloss.
