wow, thats incredible, i wish i had the determination to lose weight, i've tried a few times but i can never keep at it

im at 225.4 pounds at the moment :( which is the heaviest ive ever been.

any tips?

No, I meant the size of my **** obviously.

Seriously people, I know English is not my native language but still... there are limits.

Yeah, it's about consistency. You could have the worst workout routine and diet in the world, and you'll still see some results. And honestly, getting that consistency is the hardest part. Make a promise to stick to a routine for 6 weeks, and by that time, you'll have formed a good habit. Haha, chuk, i wasn't quite as light as you...but I was able to go up from 145 lbs to my current weight, which is 172 lbs as of last Sunday. It definitely can be done.
