JMaid Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 Hai, I've been on this server for 3 or 4 years now and have invited a few friends to come on as well without many problems. I invited another friend to come on Yesterday and he's having a problem with Logging in. He signed up yesterday on the site with the username 'chadlion' but when he tries to connect to the game or the forum he gets a "Incorrect username or password" notice. Any suggestions? kajex Posted August 4, 2013 Share Posted August 4, 2013 Passwords with capital letters revert to lower case after registering. Try pass with all lower case letters. Reset his password, tried the temp password, didn't work. Changed his password from the temp to a lowercase-only password, still didn't work. Any suggestions from here? :/ -And yeah, we registered him on the site first, his username won't load on the forum or in the game.
