I've recorded some damage I've dealt to all enemies in Forest at various difficulties. To be clear, here's an example of nothing equipped and ONLY Rafoie Merge. I consistently got a boost of 23%, not 30%, regardless of enemy resistances.I'm thinking the Ultima server has different modifiers. Am I misunderstanding the way this works?
