Hello, i just started a Dangerous Black Deal 2 quest in hard mode. After speak to Sue? and told me to take the crystal, got disconected. ( I think was a message that says 'Cannot take item from inventory...' or something like this)

Then I reconected and my surprise was that all my inventory except for the equiped weapon was deleted. I took a picture :

u need a rollback and u know that for black paper deal u need only a pc well u need wait for a rollback n.n

Rollbacks usually take some time, I suggest you train another character in the meantime.
