I did a bunch of it, just to test it out. I took me approx' 95minutes to do 212 runs.
The results are (for me uh) Materials drop at a 3,8% rate. and TP material drop at a 37,5% rate, that's a 1,4% total rate.
So yes, this is low as hell.
But if you have time, you can still do it.
And if you're interested, no sign of Luck Material for me, which would have been interesting.

Tp mats can also be obtained through Christmas catastrophe. Do on very hard or ultimate for 2 tp mats per character in the mission.

What section id were you on? That may matter for some of it; also that testing is extremely limited. I did this for over 3-4 hours one day. I got about 8-15 of every material except for tp(which I got 0), and well over 100 weapons (was on a purplenum at the time). I think you must have gotten extremely lucky to have gotten even 3 in so short a time. The are other ways to get tp mats are far better.

The gallon's shop roulette can reward hp and tp mats for lucky coins, as well as any basic 9star weapon with up to 60hit at least (best i've gotten anyway), and those quests can be good for hunting too, can easily rack up lots coins fast (on ultimate, each player gets coins = #ofplayers, i.e. 4 each in 4p game, on normal-vhard 1 coin only to each player). The other option is the Christmas Catastrophe quest, which rewards 2 materials of choice to each player at the end on vhard or ultimate difficulties (1 mat on normal or hard). Both of those are way faster and more reliable than rappy's holiday.
