I tried the new launcher, I tried the manual patch. online.exe says offline. new launcher says offline. I'm not running antivirus; I have no antivirus programs up. No903 error when I choose start. I don't have my comp set to use system proxy.. Been doing that run as admin stuff too. Or maybe because I didn't install it on C drive? Or what? (Window's) Firewall is off. closed all programs and stopped a few services. Reinstalled PSO into the default location. Ran as administrator, still didn't work. BTW, Uninstal.exe doesn't work (I'm on Windows 7) if you didn't know. Maybe my IP is blocked. It doesn't matter where you install it, i have it on like the F drive lol... Maybe your IP is blocked... but will need to check that with larva.
