I tried a few things with LAN/system proxy, then turned it back to off. (Window's) Firewall is off. closed all programs and stopped a few services. Reinstalled PSO into the default location. Ran as administrator, still didn't work. BTW, Uninstal.exe doesn't work (I'm on Windows 7) if you didn't know. Maybe my IP is blocked. Checking Sever Status... No Connection Found. Error Getting Player Count From Server. Error Getting Player Count From Server. Error Getting News From The Server. Error Getting Player Count From Server. No Connection Found.

Ah well.. okay. My friend had a different issue. I'm thinking this might be because of system proxy. I don't have my comp set to use system proxy.. Been doing that run as admin stuff too. Or maybe because I didn't install it on C drive? Or what?

I turned my firewall off. I tried the new launcher, I tried the manual patch. online.exe says offline. new launcher says offline. I'm not running antivirus; I have no antivirus programs up. No903 error when I choose start. Can't connect to patch server.
