zaykho Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 If it's chrome, did you have some add-on installed ? try to launch Chrome in safe mode (without add-on) and see if it change something, if not try anoter browser like firefox (just for testing), if its continue, then, it can be something not related to browser, but directly to connection (very bad upload) or a bad windows configuration....
