Limiter lowers all of your stats (I'm not going to be precise here) but when you kill enough enemies (That frustrating 12k kill), it will become ADEPT. Adept raises all by 10, ATA by 20, Resistances by 6, and decreases TP cost by 25%. Again, if you don't like killing armies of enemies, you still have the easier option: My method. XD

So there I was in Claire's deal about to trade the required items for the Mericurius Rod: - King's Striker - Brave Hammer - Caduceus - Glide Divine I talked to Claire and traded those items, and I get this message after: "You did not get this item because it is not in the allow list. Your request and guild card have been logged for the server administrator." I didn't received the Rod lol, it just ate the items. So this is me saying that some items in Claire's Deal 5 are bugged, so be careful. XD

One question. Does Ultima use the old drop chart or the new one? Since Shino here said that he/she obtained a C/Ability from Kondrieu in VH.... that is if Shino is bluefull.
