    In the past, the requirement was only having a forum account 5 or more years old, but the requirements were changed about a year ago.

    All the elements are required:

    1) A forum account has to be at least 3 years old;

    2) Minimum of 150 post entries (note that profile status don't count as post entries)

    3) Minimum of 50 positive Community Reputation or something around that number (Good luck with that requirement, Emewn)

    This is basically repeating what Lipelis told you, which is factually correct. Maybe you have to be told one for each ear to finally understand. But if you want i can repeat again:

    This is a God-tier reply. Loved it 11/10. You know that Lipelis could have give you a troll reply (or even me), but instead he chose to lose his time giving you accurate information and you still reply like that lol.

    The higher the better, since the EXP grows with difficulty, so you will net more EXP per boss. And don't worry, dying is part of the game and thats how you learn the gimmicks of this game. Also, your teammates will always revive you so you get the EXP (what matters to get the exp is that they revive you before the end of thedeath boss cutscene. They can even revive you during the cutscene and you will get the EXP). So you should be cool.

    Depends on your objectives. If you want the rewards given by the Gov quests, the harder difficulty the better (but overall the rewards are not that great anyways). If your objective is to follow the story or to unlock all the gov quests, you can do it in any difficulty. iirc, if you unlocked it in normal mode, you should have access to them in any difficulty on that char (i might be wrong on this, since it was a long time ago that i unlocked it).

    Episode 2 and 4 you can play as soon as you have the lvl requirement. In Normal/Hard/Very Hard shouldn't be a big deal.

    On multiplayer mode, you have all the important "non gov" quests there to play at any time. If you want to play the story, you have to go through most of the single player quests.

    My advise is to run with other people, especially people well geared that can rush throught it. It's more time efficient to just rush and get the bosses EXP. For that, you just have to hit the boss or cast a tech on them and you should get the EXP.

    Ofc if you want to enjoy the run aswell, you should look for people at your level, but if your objective is only to level up faster, just boss rush and don't worry with the other mobs EXP that you will eventually lose. If you can't tag the boss fast enough, just ask your teammates to slow down a bit and then after tagging, let them know that they are free to go.

    I'm not saying that you are wrong on what you said, in terms of the "best class" of all. I'm just saying that your advise to a new player is bad, because it's a very reductive and a "tunneled" vision way of seeing things. I know that the question itself is vague: "what's the best class to solo", but It implies alot of more things other than killing stuff fast or having more damage, even if it's not specified and explicit on his words.

    I just gave my 2 cents about it, i'm not here to argue who is right or wrong. I didn't write any universal truth, but in my personal opinion, your advise for a new player is not the best one.

    Best solo class

    I'll give my 2 cents here.

    What's the "best class"? That's a multi factorial question, but if you are a beginner, you should aim for a class that provides you the following:

    1) Easy to play and learn;

    2) Versatility/flexibility over specialization;

    3) Lower cost/usefulness gear ratio;

    4) Lowest effort possible for completing a quest;

    5) Good crown control;

    So my opinion is that either RAcast or RAmarl are indeed the best classes for solo (especially when you are starting the game), since they are very good for general purposes.

    I still have the opinion that RAcast is the best class to solo for beginners that desire to solo almost everything, because i value way more the crown control provided from traps than techs in general, but that's just a personal taste. With traps, you can even adventure on those high enemy density quests, like HoD, MoTV and even some ep4 ones (yeah, dealing with gorans in lowers lvls with low/mid tier gear is kinda hard without traps).

    Rangers are by far the most versatil and better to farm gear and easier to start with.

    That's a false dichotomy logical fallacy. That's like looking into the horizon and concluding that the earth is flat, because you see everything flat. I think it's way more easier that way and also you don't need extra units to make it work (example smartlink for HUcast). I think that would be a better advise for someone that wants to start soloing and learn the mechanics of the game and have results.

    I want to add a point:

    Number 9 - Always greet your teammates when entering in a random room with a "GO TTF VIADO" even if it's not a TTF game (greets to my boi Gadita). There's no other way

    Nobody is responsable for no one or has the obligation to help someone. You should not get frustrated because someone doesn't help you or give you freebies, because in the end of the day, nobody is obligated to do that.

    Some months ago, i saw a newbie in the shoutbox that wanted to buy a Blue Black Stone, but he only had 5 PDs and the other player was asking for 30 PDs for it. I saw that, so i pmed the guy and gave him the remaining 25 PDs that i had, so he could buy that BBS. The guy didn't even asked me for help, or even knew me. But that's me, not everyone. I did it because i like to help everyone when i can and want, but in the end i'm not obligated to do it or is someone else.

    Yeah i'm like you, i don't play Forces, not because they are difficult, but because i dislike the class. Althou, the advise regarding starting with FOs, it's a very good advise and kinda "eases" your worries. It's cheap to get the essencials and to be decent and useful for your team. You'll be very dependent on others, but that's part of starting the game. If you change your mind and go for the Force route, PM me because i have tons of >lvl 28 Techs that i don't mind to give you for free.

    If you like Rangers for example, you can build a decent range with very "basic" items. Get a hitless Arrest Needle that works very decently without hit in ep1 and ep4 (if possible, convert it to a Arrest Needle), Frozen Shooter, Psycho Ravens (If not possible, get a Hitless Heaven Striker that shouldn't be too expensive) for single target "burst" and get basic weapons like Hell Rayguns, Hell Laser, Demon raygun/laser, etc. Even a 30 hit one, is like 1 pd at most and there are alot of people with them. You can also check the shops everytime you enter in a room to see if they are selling those weapons with hit.

    With that, you have a more than enough useful Ranger to play with others and do your job decently.

    I don't think anyone thinks that your punishment was harsh. You dug your own grave and you knew the possible consequences of it and didn't care about (until now, apparently). I personally think that you are very lucky to still be allowed to play here in this community and you are still very lucky that people are trying to help you, giving you information and attention and even me, considering helping you out with some freebies. After all that happened, instead of always saying those silly things, remind to behave if you want to stick around with us and get helped out.

    This is a grinding game and it's old. As every grinding game, you have to grind your items. There's not a magical formula for that. You either put your time and do slow progresses, or donate money and buy all your gear. Either way, it always will cost you something, it's your choice if you want to spend time or money.  If you can't accept the nature of the game, the game is just not for you. Part of what motivates people playing the game, it's the gamble of hunting items that you don't have and desire having. I don't see that desire in you. You want to go to into a "Veni, vidi, vici" way, which is not the way in this type of games, or anything in life either.

    We all started like that. I play here for like 5 years and i still have some things to finish. I didn't think there was a magical formula to jump fast to the end game, so i stood around, learned, made friends to play with and slowly grinded till today.

    I like grinding games, but i understand that you don't like. I just think you're are trying to force yourself to like it, but deep inside, you simply don't like PSO. And that's totally fine.
