its not loading to character screen its just sitting there loading

absolutley nothing tried what u said its still loading

it just sits there loading the hexagon does not load to the character screen and im using windows vista ultimate os

i cant seem to log into the game the info screen starts up then after the info screen it hangs in a state i never seen before it doesnt load to the character screen what now its been happining to me all this week someone help!!!!!!!!!!
