Well in answering your first question, HH is indeed random and occurs at very random times, sometimes more than once a day! As for levelling, the person has to hit for them to get exp.

Problem is, skyly is a great ID for hunters, it's specifically made for them, since you can get sjs, chain sawd, etc. If you're looking for only Excalibur, your best bet is actually whithil from kondrieu on happy hour I have found loads there and specifically with hit. Oran would be a more useful ID for Excalibur if it's the only drop they want since they can get v502s etc. It's kind of like people making pinkal for force stuff etc. While I agree there needs to be a variety of IDs, most older members have lots of characters with almost all the IDs. I just combed my friend list on pso, realized I have only got 2 or 3 people whom are skyly. And my friend list is full lol.

Hey there, It's a Saber, so MOST classes can use it (Actually I think the only class that doesn't use it is FOney), add that with 800 so atp and decent ATA it makes a good weapon for Melee FO's (especially with hit) and Satellite Lizards for Ranger. HUcast and an Excali with Zerk does crazy damage. You can easily crit for numbers like 2.6k etc. Being a Saber it also has a fast animation, couple a v101 or whatever and you find yourself, hitting fast. It can also target 3 mobs at one time. Zerk is also influenced by % on that weapon as well. When comparing to other weapons, there isn't much that can be used by almost all your characters, rocking decent damage and hits multiple targets.

Well welcome back! I do hope you find your stay here at Ultima to be fulfilling, fruitful and above all, FUN!

If you do not want to disable the UAC (The UAC is the pop-up that asks you for confirmation of running a program etc); run multiple instances of the Ultima PSOBB Launcher at the bottom of the screen. That would also need you to be in Windowed Mode so you can click on the launcher and start the program while your other window is active.

I wrote this guide using MAG Farm from that website specifically, however, when trying it now, the task manager kills the program before starting, so if anyone with more technical knowledge can help out; would be great. It's not to do with the Antivirus, Firewall, or compatibility issues. The reason you feed the Kaitabha Anti Paralysis is to raise the IQ of it, Antidotes decrease Def and IQ hence why you should alternate them. If DEF is getting to high, next few feeds should be Antidote, finding the IQ going a bit too low feed it one Antiparalysis . However I added that part just to avoid future confusion.

I think that's a resolution issue, make sure that your desktop resolution matches the pso resolution you set on it.

I would have to disagree there, if you ask around, most people would tell you that RAmarls and Hunewearls are solo classes, as in, you can solo things in the game with them when properly geared. That level 20 s/d makes up for a lot of the ATP/DFP differences and the high MST makes good use of Adepts and Spirit Weapons. While it's true most classes have the potential to solo, it's just easier with Ramarl/Huney. While it is true that male hunters/rangers have higher ATP in general the lack of s/d might make them fall behind. I mean if you want to wait till your PB is 100 that's fine but they get it from the get - go. PR, while very strong, has less DPS than Charge Vulcans (especially on RAcast) but if you end up sphering them they do more damage with that particular percentage but charge vulcans are all around stable damage.

Hey there Sir Rendlan, Learning every aspect of the game, can be extremely fun! That being said, depending on the episode there are lots of rappies in certain quests that can be found. In episode 1, wrath of the forest, the first room is filled with rappies! Max attack quests usually has a lot of rappies as well; making a specific quest for them isn't something I would advise because: 1) It can mess up the drop rate of certain things, say episode 4, glide divine drops will lose their value overall, their DAR might also have to be adjusted. 2) Holiday rappies would also have to be adjusted, chrismas/halloween rappies will have to be decreased to accomodate a whole quest for them. 3) There are seriously quests with loads of rappies that can be killed/not killed. Just looking at a monster count it seems that in Episode 1 "A fake in yellow" has about 42 rappies, "Max Attack 2" in episode 2 has 21 and in episode 4, "War of limits 2" has 92 from what I have seen xD. In relation to the last questions you ask, you can always find new ideas that haven't been put into the server! The way to do so is using something called Qedit, there are lots of tutorials on the forums that can be found that may help in such an endeavour! Good luck and I hope this helps.

Hey there Ambrosius and Welcome to Ultima. There are lots of things that are different in this server, mainly: 1) Rare monster spawns increase more, and sometimes included as events. 2) Happy Hours or random x 3 drops as per events. 3) The overall exp at 200 is greater than other servers AFAIK. 4) The monsters are buffed, with greater HP/EVP etc. 5) There are lots of Ultima Specific Items (depending on Events) that include: i) Hylian Shield ii) Master Sword iii) Centurion/Units (Power/Luck/Arms/Battle as 110%) iv) Psycho Raven v) Ultima Reaper vi) Asteron Striker, Ultima Sword (Newest Event Items) vii) Blood Sword viii) Ultima MAG 6) Some weapons behave differently here such as Iron Faust being combo unlocked, Dark Weapons being a little stronger etc 7) You have the option of choosing crack mode or not from the launcher 8) Base Stats on server are increased at max That's all the things I can think of atm if I remember more I shall let you know!
