you need to do the single player quests and unlock the quest called "unsealed door" when you start "unsealed door" you can find the FOnewm called "Montague" on pioneer 2 and he will transform the items into weapons for you.

fair enough, i have a good connection here 15 - 20MBps download speed at the worst of times, and being the only one using the internet as i live alone, i assumed the problem was the fact that the server was so far away my connection is wireless, however i tend to keep it plugged in the majority of the time, i dont have a problem with connecting to the internet :3
