Right after that I went to lobby 4 and 8, those are the most populated lobbies on Ship 9, due to random quest events and did the same thing, no one gave a rappy's wing <3

At the price of not being able to trade them without paying real cash for a shop license =P

You can get a 3 day shop pass from fun scratch tickets. It's not super common, but plenty of people get them often enough.

I really have no idea how to get them, but it sucks that now you need meseta (Which IMO is annoying to get because you always get on really low numbers) to buy weapons, pd's are now kind of useless

Fun scratch tickets is how. You get fun each day for logging in and by using different bots with you for mission (and other things such as giving good jobs, but meh)

As for meseta, do time attacks -- you can get 1,000,000+ meseta a day that way after you have the vh ones unlocked.
