chuk Posted July 2, 2013 Share Posted July 2, 2013 You also need to do the government quests (you can start them in multi mode at the principal's office : Tyrell or momoka) to unlock the single player quests in the next area (cave, mines and ruins) Easy quests, but they take a while to complete.
