Step Posted April 22, 2012 Share Posted April 22, 2012 Nossa, agora foi demais oh... eu fui trocar o cabelo do meu primeiro personagem que estava no level 126 e bugou, foi pro level 1... meu, eu perdi tudo... preciso que me ajudem. I ve changed my character's hair and something bad happen... i was lvl 126 and he turns to LEVEL 1!!! So, i really nedd help to fix it, please... i lost everything... Step Posted April 22, 2012 Author Share Posted April 22, 2012 How can i post the screen than he was on lvl 126 if now he is on lvl 1? I ve 3 chars, the other 2 are ok, only the first char back to lvl 1 when i change the hair... Link to comment

Larva Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 When this happen.. if this is true we will have your character in our backups. so please just tell us when it happen so we can give you rollback to a shorter time before the bug. Quando isso acontece .. se isso for verdade, teremos o seu personagem em nossos backups. então por favor diga-nos quando isso acontecer para que possamos lhe dar rollback para um curto tempo antes do bug.
