I hope this helps well you earn secret tickets in simulator not item tickets, and from max attack 3 (ep4) you get "points" for use in beaks cafe. P.S. your second link is broken so i don't know what you are reffering to there, and that leaves donating as the only viable option to obtaining item tickets (also i don't se them on the donation list :/ special request?) which is why I proposed a quest be made in which you can recieve item tickets as the reward http://www.phantasys...-quest-request/. But I'm guessing you typed ticket or something into the search and came up with a topic about tickets, another guess of mine is that it's for photon tickets which are used in Gallon's plan to obtain stealth suit, lollipop, and kan'ei Tsuho. But once again if this isn't what you have linked then there is no way to obtain an item ticket at the moment aside from (donating still don't see it on the list) and maybe asking some players who have been here since the time of the item ticket event to see if they have any. Oh and if you think I'm attacking you Veriemas I'm not I am just trying to set information straight so all users understand it better, and if you do feel that I am attacking I apologize. Im pretty good at guessing lol the quest he is talking about was just a quest on scht to obtain the item ticket Ultima had an event to obtain item tickets but that time is long gone. P.S You don't get photon tickets on that quest either only "points" as ive explained in my previous post. Let me clear this up on how to get these different tickets/points. "Points" for type M weapons clear Max Attack 3 ver 2 with minimum 350 kills which gives 15 points you need 20 for type M, after you have 20points go play Beaks cafe and find a rappy on a pedestal and select the second from bottom option wait a moment then select your weapon Photon Tickets for Photon Tickets you have to clear the Gallons plan quest ep1 and near the end tell alicia baz yes to taking the egg this will get you 1 photon ticket on normal and hard and 2 on very hard and ultimate Item tickets for item tickets you have to donate to the server or trade with someone who might still have some leftover from the ultima event long ago, or larva can approve my idea for a quest and then i can either find someone to make it or i myself could learn how to make it, in which the quest the reward is 2 item tickets upon completion Link http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/topic/5700-quest-request/ in case veriemas wants to let larva know about my idea.
