VonPawn
I really enjoy the characters available via the [/npc x] command, but I want to be able to make my own. Is there any way to edit them(other than just editing the skins), and if so, what programs are needed? I ask this because I would like to turn my character into a miniature hildetorr(FTW!!) Veriemas
You would have to take the skin of one the npc models already made and have to re build it completely to do that. I don't think anyone has ever made a npc other then the creators of pso.
Choko
It's been done before but very few have done it. I remember seeing that they had to use katana (a dreamcast dev kit) to get it working, but that was awhile ago so I may not remember it correctly. Green
I suggest find out what file is the hildatorr. take the grafixs from that and paste on one of the graifx Files for Npc's i can tell you this the ninja skin file is pLYtex.afs and pLWtex.afs is the sonic file. Schthack has a File viewer on there home page called VMT to view the grafixs files. Edited August 1, 2011 by Green
AntharesProcyon
I barely have experience when it comes to model-altering of PSO. What might work is to create some kind of script (Python) to make it possible to import and export the model to "Blender" (this is what I have done with the models of some other online game).
