SJS and Swordsman Lore DON'T LIKE EACH OTHER!

A while ago, I donated to the server for an SJS. I have proof of this in the form of multiple PMs I got straight from Larva. After receiving it, I proceeded to grind kills until I could unseal it. One week of off-on grinding resulted in over 10000 of the needed 23000 kills to unseal the sword.

Recently however, I just traded a few items for a Swordsman Lore, an item that requires 20000 kills to convert it into a Proof of Sword-Saint. Upon equipping the Lore, I lost all the kills on my SJS.

I do not have a picture of my sword with the kills previously on it. I do however have proof, in the form of many, MANY screen-shots, that this glitch exists and needs to be fixed. NOW.

Which is still at 0, even after using the work around that involves you placing the item, equipped, at the very lowest place in your inventory, which for me was below my mag.

So, it seems that, in even having the Lore in my inventory, equipped or otherwise, the glitch persists, preventing my SJS from obtaining kills no matter how much blood I spill.

So, I thought, "What if I dropped the Lore entirely?" And so...

Without the Lore, I went and killed a few more creatures (I don't think I honestly need a screen-shot of those kills too)...

*Note that this is the easiest, fastest way to put the sword at the bottom of my items list without having to sort stuff, which is the ONLY WAY TO EVEN SEE THE KILL COUNT IN THE FIRST PLACE (which is terribly annoying, I might add)...

This is, admittedly, a bit of a convoluted glitch, but regardless it means that the moment I put down my sword for any reason while I still have the Swordsman Lore even in my inventory, let alone equipped, it's going to zero-out ALL OF MY KILLS?! Are you joking?!

This, on top of all the other kill count-related glitches that other players are experiencing, is ridiculous. Probably a few of them relating to this exact same glitch, just with different weapons and units. Really Ultima, you can't just let this kind of stuff happen and wave it off with a quick rollback. Especially in my case because it happened as soon as I traded for that Swordsman Lore. I'd have to lose the Lore to get my kills back and I'm NOT letting that happen.

Fix this Ultima. You can't ignore this. You complain that the players are asking for rollbacks far too often and this is just one of the reasons why.

You want us to stop asking for rollbacks?

Stop giving us reasons to.

Stop ignoring the bugs and fix them.

NOW.

well the only way to fix it is droping the weapon and pick up again, and u will see the normal count of the weapon, u see it dosent reset the count, only show 0000 so only u need to worry is killing a lot of mobs and wait for the use comand

That's not what this is getting at. It's showing how there's a glitch that can (and has in my case) wipe out all the kills you've accumulated with something like the SJS. Even if you drop it and pick it back up again, it'll still zero-out your weapon, making all that work pointless because it's been set back to nothing. I can kill lots of enemies sure, but that doesn't excuse the fact that the 10000 I already killed don't even count anymore and that the possibility of all my kills vanishing again is a very real possibility which I do not want to see come to fruition.

I don't have a copy of the donation confirmation. Not sure if I even got one. But I do still have a copy of the personal conversation Larva and I had regarding the buying of my SJS, if that's anything.
