Just wanted to report a couple of random issues.

Plugging in a second monitor, or unplugging a second monitor causes the game to crash (every time so far).

Game will randomly disconnect while accessing the bank. Only seen with accessing character bank, but I have not used the common bank more than a few times.

I can back you up on the monitor crash.  It also occurs if you let your computer go to sleep.  However I'm fairly certain this is a sega bug, and not something we can fix.

As Lemon said, the game doesn't like when your "screen environment"? changes.

For example, as you said, un-plugging a monitor, changing resolution, any application (usually User Account Control) dimming the screen.
All of them crash pso and there is virtually nothing we can do to fix it.

Disconnecting accesing the bank, during the action of accessing it or while depositing/picking up items from it?
Have you read the error message?
Often the client doesn't synchronize with the server and then when you try to get an item that the server thinks you don't have, it will boot you.
You can avoid this reloading blocks often.

to avoid those chrashes (except the sleep mode), u can change ur User Account Control (UAC) by lowering them.

also works for dual logging (which its mostly used for)
