Any suggestions regarding error no. 100?

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I am unfortunately making my introduction on the forum with an issue that I have been having on the ultima server. I am running into trouble with a regular occurrence of error no. 100 - there is no connection. This can happen up to 5 times in an hour randomly with no significant trigger (therefore not suspecting bugged items). This is also happening on multiple computers in my household.

I have read through some information and multiple posts however I haven't seen anything that matches my particular case and this is becoming rather frustrating. If anybody has any suggestions as to what could be causing this problem Id truly appreciate this.

My guild card number is 42156829 (toplissl) and is on the first and only character slot.

Also - I have been considering whether port forwarding might be an issue here, I have not found a port forwarding guide on your website and would like to know which ports should be forwarded for this game (maybe I'm talking rubbish here though).

Again, thank you in advance!

Error 100 happens time to time(no reason at all sometimes), your internet connection seems to influence how often you get it (on days when my internet is slower i get it more often), if the connection is interrupted for one second it's enough to get that error.

Also some programs could get in the way, downloading heavy files and some other random programs.

The issue could also be server sided and not your fault. Hope this helps.

Can always try to get reset your router before each time you start playing to get a fresh connection.

Several times an hour is pretty high. One thing you can and should do is to reload the block (even to the same one you are in) in lobby every so often to resync to the server. With it ocurring that often though, perhaps you should look into the stability of your internet connection and anything that might interfere with it, and have gm look into the account just in case there actually is corrupted item or some other problem.

Error 100 can indicate a network, software, or hardware issue. Check your system or network configurations first, as connectivity problems are common causes. Restarting your system or application may help resolve temporary issues. If the error persists, consult relevant documentation or seek assistance from technical support to further diagnose and address the underlying problem.
