Zackhario
Greetings all. As you probably figured out by the title above. I tried to change my password at the user control panel but for reason, I keep getting "Not connected to Database." Any suggestions? And does the password has to be undercase? Thanks
Soly
I just used the feature successfully. You said username or pass incorrect, but then in topic you said not connected to database ?? Which one is the actual error? Yes, if it has any uppercase, is automatically converted to lowercase.
Zackhario
I just used the feature successfully. You said username or pass incorrect, but then in topic you said not connected to database ?? Which one is the actual error? Sorry for the confusion but it's both. I can't seem to log in and change password in control panel. I did get an email saying I've signed up for the account, and yet it says "Not connected to Database"
Soly
I'm still confused -Were you able to activate the account with the link sent in the email? -If previous question's answer is no, you got "Not connected to database"? -Does the password change says user/pass incorrect or not connected to database? (it shouldn't give both) Can you give me your assigned guildcard or username used to register? Edited August 28, 2015 by Soly
Zackhario
I just logged in and everything seems to be in order. I think what happened here is I got the wrong webpage for password change. The one I've used is this one http://www.phantasystaronline.net/cp/pso/index.php And the correct password webpage is the one you gave me. I was able to change the password to all undercase and the problem is resolved. Thanks for your help, GM.

Zackhario
I found it in the FAQ page. http://phantasystaronline.net/faq.php Under "I lost my ingame password, can I still recover my account?" There's a link.
