I have also tried looking around but haven't gotten any results. Is there a Quest that gives Panther's Spirit? If So which one? Varista Posted July 5, 2015 Share Posted July 5, 2015 Panzer Cell is a drop from the Christmas Present item that you can obtain from the Santa-Rappy spawn during the Christmas event.
