Lost Mag Cell and Deleveled

I was wondering, after the rollback, am I able to recovered my lost levels and chu chu mag cell I obtained over the course of the rollback?

The last time I was online with Belle (FOmarl), I was at level 142.

She is now at level 138.

And here is the chu chu cell that was in Avarea's (HUnewearl level 166) bank. It's no longer there. =(
