Need Rollback Please

So I today I crashed twice, after I restart computer and log on like 10 of my items just disappeared including my mg+ armor master sword all units I had equipped except for v101 99 jack o lanterns(stocked up to get item tickets in case they do an event with them) etc. I would like a rollback asap as I was using this character to hunt pgf. This occured around 1:10PM-1:30PM EST on Jan 11th 2015.
