I haven't the foggiest of who has it nowadays, but I do remember Kajex handing it out to one of the veterans who won it in one of the server contests a year or two ago. Bottom line, prepare to throw down a metric-crap-ton of PDs/DTS and so forth in gear to pay for it, providing they actually decide to sell it.
