Mag vanished

I'm feeding a Vahara to evolve it into a Nidra with a Fomar character.

I went into a room to pick it with my Ramar account. When I left room and went to change blocks, game frooze. Now, my Vahara vanished from my inventory.

This is the only picture that proves it's existence:

It's a Vahara level 99 (5/49/45/0)
